Nancy Eckert is a transactional attorney in Nashville, Tennessee who practices in the areas of sports, entertainment, and corporate law. Nancy has over 25 years of experience in legal affairs, business development, operations, management, brand marketing, and human resources. In addition to representing major label recording artists and well-known athletes, Nancy devotes much of her law practice to providing business and legal consultation to start-up organizations in the sports and entertainment industry. 

Nancy is a former D1 scholarship athlete from the University of Miami, FL (swimming) where she obtained her undergraduate degree with honors in public relations/marketing. Nancy received her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Section of the TN Bar Association, SOURCE (female executives in the entertainment industry), the Academy of Country Music (ACM), and the Country Music Association (CMA). She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee.
